As a Customer Success Executive, you'll be the human backbone of our increasingly automated ecosystem—the expert who ensures that both guests and landlords experience the magic of a seamless rental journey. This is a hands-on, people-centric role for someone empathetic, tech-savvy, and energized by delivering exceptional service.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for guests and landlords via chat, email, and phone, delivering fast and effective assistance.
- Guide new landlords and partners through our PMS platform to unlock its full capabilities.
- Troubleshoot operational and technical issues, escalating when needed to ensure uninterrupted workflows.
- Track satisfaction metrics, gather feedback, and identify trends to improve our service and product.
- Work closely with Operations, Product, and Tech to refine processes and elevate the customer journey.
- Spot opportunities to enhance guest experiences and strengthen long-term landlord relationships.
What We're Looking For
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in customer success, hospitality, or property management.
- Confidence using CRM systems, PMS tools, and digital support platforms.
- Strong problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills.
- High emotional intelligence: empathy, patience, and composure under pressure.
- Fluency in English.
