About the Role
The Customer Success Executive will manage relationships with healthcare organizations, ensuring seamless onboarding, adoption, and value realization of AI-powered tools. This role requires strategic thinking, strong communication, and a deep understanding of client needs in clinical environments.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with healthcare clients
- Guide clients through onboarding and integration processes
- Monitor client progress and identify opportunities for improvement
- Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries and feedback
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical or operational issues
- Track and report on client usage and satisfaction metrics
- Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with clients
- Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts
- Ensure clients achieve measurable outcomes using the platform
- Advocate for client needs in product development discussions
- Develop onboarding plans tailored to client workflows
- Provide training and support during implementation phases
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and milestones
- Escalate critical issues with clear context and suggested actions
- Stay informed about healthcare regulations and industry trends
- Coordinate with clinical teams to align solutions with care delivery
- Support the creation of client success case studies
- Drive renewal readiness through consistent engagement
- Gather and share client insights with product and leadership teams
- Promote best practices for platform utilization
Nice to Have
- Master’s degree in public health, business, or healthcare administration
- Direct experience in nursing, care coordination, or clinical operations
- Background in digital health startups or AI-driven solutions
- Certification in customer success or project management
- Knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare compliance standards
