Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of healthcare clients across the Mountain West region
- Serve as the primary point of contact for ongoing support and strategic planning
- Monitor client health metrics and intervene proactively to prevent churn
- Onboard new partners and ensure smooth implementation of services
- Collaborate with product and operations teams to relay client feedback
- Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts
- Lead regular business reviews to assess goals and progress
- Troubleshoot challenges and coordinate timely resolutions
- Educate clients on best practices and new features
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and account plans
- Advocate for client needs internally
- Track adoption rates and usage patterns
- Support the development of client success playbooks
- Ensure compliance with healthcare industry standards in all communications
- Build trust through consistent, data-informed engagement
