About the Role

The individual in this position will serve as a technical liaison between the company and its clients, ensuring smooth onboarding, resolving technical challenges, and supporting long-term client success with the platform.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical guidance during client onboarding and integration phases
  • Diagnose and resolve software issues in collaboration with internal teams
  • Support clients through configuration, testing, and deployment processes
  • Document technical workflows and client-specific implementations
  • Respond to support tickets with clear, actionable solutions
  • Collaborate with product teams to relay client feedback and feature requests
  • Assist in writing and maintaining technical documentation
  • Monitor client systems for performance and stability
  • Conduct training sessions for new and existing clients
  • Track and report on client health metrics and usage patterns
  • Escalate complex technical problems when necessary
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of client issues
  • Participate in post-implementation reviews and optimization discussions
  • Identify opportunities to improve client outcomes through product features
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of platform updates and technical changes
  • Support data migration and validation efforts for new clients
  • Troubleshoot API integrations and data exchange issues
  • Assist in developing client-specific solutions within platform constraints
  • Ensure compliance with security and data handling standards
  • Coordinate with engineering teams during incident response
  • Help refine support processes based on recurring client needs
  • Contribute to client retention by delivering consistent technical support
  • Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Assist in on-call rotations for urgent client issues
  • Promote best practices in system configuration and usage
