Conga is hiring a Customer Success Engineer

About the Role

Conga is looking for a Customer Success Engineer to serve as a product technical expert, helping customers implement best practices and gain maximum value from the Conga Product Suite. You will work directly with Customer Success Managers to deliver a 5-star customer experience, drive engaged partnership, and ensure ROI on mission-critical business solutions, with a focus on enabling adoption in complex enterprise environments.

What You'll Do

  • Work directly with Customer Success Managers to deliver a 5-star customer experience, engaged partnership, and ROI on mission-critical business solutions.
  • Enable Conga’s customer base on best practices to ensure adoption of their Conga solutions in complex enterprise environments meeting both technical and business needs.
  • Act as a customer advocate, articulating business value and coaching customers to maximize their return on investment.
  • Work cross-functionally across the business with Customer Success Managers, Business Stakeholders, Product Managers, and Account Executives to demo products and draft recommendations to improve workflows and business processes.

What We're Looking For

  • 3-5 years of prior experience in a field services role (Professional Services, Technical Support, Solutions Engineer, etc.).
  • Champion of the Customer with a commitment to customer success.
  • Confident and deliberate communicator, comfortable defending a point of view and engaging in debate.
  • Natural collaborator who works effectively across multiple departments and teams.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, skilled at reading and adapting to different communication styles and initiating collaborative discussions.

Nice to Have

  • Industry expertise in Revenue Lifecycle Management software (CPQ & CLM) and/or the Salesforce platform.

You will be part of the growing Enterprise Customer Success team, reporting to the Manager, Customer Success Engineering.
