About the Role

This role focuses on helping customers achieve their goals by leveraging technical expertise to guide onboarding, resolve issues, and maximize product value through continuous engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Collide customer goals with platform capabilities to drive adoption
  • Diagnose technical issues and guide clients toward effective solutions
  • Deliver onboarding sessions tailored to client needs
  • Monitor customer health metrics and usage patterns
  • Escalate product issues to engineering teams with detailed reports
  • Create technical documentation and best practice guides
  • Advise on search relevance tuning and data modeling
  • Conduct regular check-ins to assess satisfaction and progress
  • Identify expansion opportunities through usage analysis
  • Coordinate with sales and product teams on client feedback
  • Support integration efforts with client technology stacks
  • Provide input for product improvements based on client needs
  • Respond to technical inquiries via email and video calls
  • Track customer interactions in CRM systems
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of platform updates
  • Assist in debugging API and frontend implementation issues
  • Guide clients on performance optimization strategies
  • Deliver training workshops for technical teams
  • Review configurations for scalability and reliability
  • Promote feature adoption through targeted outreach
