- Identify expansion opportunities through usage analysis
- Coordinate with sales and product teams on client feedback
- Support integration efforts with client technology stacks
- Provide input for product improvements based on client needs
- Respond to technical inquiries via email and video calls
- Track customer interactions in CRM systems
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of platform updates
- Assist in debugging API and frontend implementation issues
- Guide clients on performance optimization strategies
- Deliver training workshops for technical teams
- Review configurations for scalability and reliability
- Promote feature adoption through targeted outreach
