Practicebetter is hiring a Customer Success Engineer to join our Enterprise team. In this role, you will provide post-sales technical leadership for our client base, taking ownership of technical issues and guiding customers through platform adoption.
What You'll Do
- Provide advice and guidance as a subject matter expert to ensure successful ongoing usage and adoption of our platform.
- Take ownership of post-sales technical issues, working with cross-functional teams to document problem resolution steps.
- Guide customers through the various stages of adoption with our platform.
- Work directly with our internal Product Management, Engineering, Sales and Marketing teams.
- Travel to customer locations for less than 10% of your time.
What We're Looking For
- A B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent educational experience.
- 5+ years of customer-facing experience in a post-sales engineer role for a networking company, software vendor, or as a network engineer for a large enterprise, service provider, or governmental agency.
- Strong understanding of Networking and Security fundamentals.
- Experience working with multiple network vendors (e.g., A10, Arista, Cisco, F5, Fortinet, Juniper, Palo Alto Networks).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on needs analysis and business justification; superior presentation skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide quick resolution.
- Demonstrated success in thinking strategically, executing tactically, and providing high levels of customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have
- One or more of the following certifications: CCIE, JNCIE, or VCDX.
- Experience working for a startup company.
- Working knowledge of API-driven workflows and scripting languages.

Benefits & Compensation
- Annual salary range: $190,000 to $210,000.
- Compensation package includes equity and may include stock.
Work Mode
This is a hybrid role requiring candidates to be based in the Eastern region of the United States.
