We’re seeking a Customer Success Engineer to strengthen our customer relationships in China. In this role, you’ll partner with sales and support teams to guide customers through the full lifecycle—from initial engagement to long-term adoption. You’ll serve as a trusted technical resource, helping clients understand and maximize the value of our tools while ensuring their needs are heard and addressed.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with account executives and support engineers to ensure seamless pre-sales and post-sales experiences.
- Manage and nurture key accounts, identifying opportunities to expand product use and improve workflows.
- Conduct regular check-ins with customers to uncover challenges early, gather feedback, and recommend product enhancements.
- Act as a bridge between customers and internal product teams, advocating for improvements based on real-world usage.
- Deliver technical support, product demonstrations, and tailored presentations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Create and refine sales materials, demos, and documentation to align with customer needs and use cases.
- Represent the company at customer sites, conferences, and industry events when required.
What We're Looking For
- At least five years of experience in customer-facing technical roles such as sales engineering, solutions consulting, or customer success.
- Strong background in software development tools, with hands-on experience in programming, QA, system administration, or release automation.
- Proven ability to lead technical discussions, deliver demos, and present roadmaps to diverse audiences.
- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English and native-level Chinese.
- Ability to manage escalations, set expectations, and balance customer needs with product capabilities.
- Self-directed and effective in distributed, remote-first environments.
- Willingness to travel internationally up to 20% of the time.
