About the Role

Avomind is looking for a Customer Success Consultant to lead the adoption and value realization of our GenAI platform for German enterprise customers. In this role, you will focus on coaching, enablement, and strategic success planning without hands-on technical implementation.

What You'll Do

  • Educate, coach, and guide customer teams on how to use the GenAI platform effectively; run workshops, training sessions, and best-practice clinics.
  • Plan and execute structured onboarding programs including stakeholder alignment, goals, use-case prioritisation, timelines, and adoption playbooks.
  • Define success criteria, milestones, and value KPIs with customers; track adoption and outcomes to ensure business impact.
  • Help customers drive internal adoption through communications, training materials, and champion programs.
  • Identify expansion opportunities, new use cases, and pathways to scale GenAI usage across departments.
  • Capture customer needs, pain points, and feature requests; synthesise and relay them to Product to shape the roadmap.
  • Produce clear, concise customer-facing enablement materials such as guides, playbooks, FAQs, and workshop decks.
  • Work closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, and global tech teams to ensure customers realise value quickly.
  • Represent the GenAI platform in customer forums, webinars, or industry events where appropriate.

What We're Looking For

  • Native German speaker able to lead workshops, trainings, and executive conversations confidently in German.
  • Willing and able to work on-site in Munich (no hybrid, no remote).
  • 2+ years of customer-facing, consultative experience in startup or fast-paced environments (e.g., Customer Success, Solutions Consulting, Advisory roles).
  • Practical exposure to GenAI (e.g., coaching users, running workshops, framing use cases, adoption programs). No deep technical integration experience required.
  • Strong communicator who can translate GenAI concepts into clear business value for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to own customer adoption and success outcomes (plans, milestones, measurement, stakeholder management).
  • Comfortable collaborating closely with Product to channel structured customer feedback.

Nice to Have

  • Prior experience enabling German enterprises on new SaaS / AI / data products.
  • Designed or ran enablement programs, onboarding playbooks, or change-management initiatives around new tech.
  • Familiar with GenAI adoption topics such as use-case discovery, prompt best practices, governance/guardrails at a conceptual level, and measuring business impact.
  • Bachelor or Master from Munich based Universities: TUM, LMU.

Work Mode

This role is fully onsite at our office in Munich. Hybrid or remote work is not available.
