Radius Limited is hiring a Customer Success Account manager for its Telematics division in Milan. You will be responsible for developing solid relationships with our customer base, guiding up-sell campaigns, acting as the first point of contact for information requests to reduce churn, and seeking opportunities for other commercial divisions. This is a key role within our ambitious, forward-looking company that builds transformative solutions and helps businesses adapt to the future.
What You'll Do
- Supervise customer growth, training, and development of best practices to continuously increase business value and customer ROI.
- Conduct up-sell campaigns to enable customers to get more benefits from the Radius Telematics product catalog, while creating longer and stronger contractual relationships.
- Increase customer retention and adoption rates through regular check-ins and account reviews to assess and monitor satisfaction levels.
- Track customer activity to identify churn risk and work proactively through targeted outreach campaigns to eliminate that risk, while identifying and closing up-sell opportunities.
- Direct customers quickly and efficiently to further support resources, personally helping them resolve questions and problems.
