Responsibilities
- Interact closely with current customers to understand their biggest pain points and design creative solutions.
- Own significant business outcomes and drive key metrics including minimizing 'time-to-live' for new partners and maximizing collection rates for existing ones.
- Dig into data (e.g., perform analysis on claims metrics) to identify root causes of customer issues and provide data-informed recommendations.
- Own the end-to-end implementation roadmap for new customers, ensuring a seamless platform launch and driving conversion of contracted ARR into recognized revenue.
- Lead deep-dive discovery sessions to navigate complex workflow requirements and partner with Forward Engineering to translate customer needs into scalable product solutions.
- Work closely with internal teams including RCM, Customer Support, Product, Design, and Engineering to solve customer problems.
- Play a critical role in shaping company culture and help make Candid Health the best place to work.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience
- Demonstrated track record of owning and driving key business outcomes on high-performing teams.
- Pride in craft with a high quality bar, balanced with the understanding that 'done is better than perfect'.
- Systems thinker who maps out dependencies and understands long-term impact of early configuration choices.
- Enjoy identifying problems and designing product features to address them, and willing to roll up sleeves to execute.
- Track record of scaling processes and operations.
- Clear and concise communicator, both in-person and in writing, with ability to explain complex ideas simply.

Work Arrangement
Hybrid — Denver, San Francisco, New York
Additional Information
- Ideal weekly schedule is 4 days in-office and 1 day working remotely.
- Travel may be up to 25% depending on the focus of the role.
