Shape the voice of customer success by identifying and amplifying powerful stories from founders, operators, and development teams building innovative apps. In this role, you’ll go beyond testimonials—dive into customer journeys, uncover meaningful moments, and transform insights into compelling narratives across video, written content, campaigns, and events.
What You’ll Do
- Engage directly with customers worldwide to build rapport and discover story-worthy milestones
- Plan and lead on-location interviews, video shoots, and field visits to capture authentic experiences
- Develop end-to-end storytelling projects—from concept to launch—with minimal oversight
- Collaborate with Product Marketing to align narratives with product value and market positioning
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success teams to support renewals, pipeline growth, and customer advocacy
- Orchestrate external creatives, including writers, video crews, and agencies across regions
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate production, repurpose content, and scale impact efficiently
- Identify gaps in existing proof points and execute quick-turn storytelling opportunities
- Integrate customer stories into blogs, campaigns, and sales enablement assets
- Establish repeatable processes for intake, prioritization, and cross-functional alignment
Who You Are
- Experienced in content, customer marketing, or product marketing with a strong focus on real customer impact
- Skilled at conducting interviews and building trust quickly with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Comfortable managing complex workflows across time zones and teams
- Familiar with briefing creative partners and reviewing video content, even if not editing yourself
- Driven by curiosity—ask thoughtful questions to uncover deeper narratives
- Organized, independent, and able to deliver high-quality work under deadlines
- Clear and persuasive in both writing and conversation
- Excited by cross-functional collaboration and autonomous execution
