We manage daily operations across more than 20 entities, encompassing accounting, controlling, sales back office, procurement, and reporting. Your responsibilities: - accepting and processing home appliance orders from retail partners via mail (Swiss market); - providing product guidance, verifying delivery capabilities, and suggesting alternative solutions; - creating offers in collaboration with sales teams; - resolving customer complaints, including escalated issues; - entering and authorizing credit notes and returns per established guidelines; - reviewing and completing work execution; - managing general administrative department tasks; Our requirements: - B2 French language proficiency; - German language skills considered advantageous; - relevant customer service work experience; - strong team collaboration skills in cross-cultural environments; - meticulous attention to detail and commitment to accurate results.
