Construction & Property Group – UK is hiring a Customer Service Specialist focused on the Durable Medical Equipment (DME) industry. You will be responsible for handling customer communications and order processing to support patients and healthcare providers.
What You'll Do
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and emails in a professional, clear, and courteous manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, orders, and delivery status.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and orders.
- Process and manage orders through Parachute Health.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in the DME medical equipment business, including products such as wheelchairs, hospital beds, diabetic supplies, and incontinence items.
- Prior experience in a DME customer service or billing-related role.
- Fluent English (spoken and written).
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently.
