Responsibilities
- Provide prompt, personalized support via calls, emails, or chat, adhering to SOPs for a positive customer experience.
- Research solutions to resolve issues, educate clients, and promote products and services.
- Identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Navigate online platforms efficiently, stay updated on product info, and comply with company policies and regulations.
- Meet KPIs and SLAs to ensure high client satisfaction.
- Follow program procedures while managing assigned and ad hoc tasks effectively.
Requirements
- Finished at least 2 years in college without back subjects
- Must be have at least B1 proficiency in Spanish with online or physical certificate as proof
- With at least 1 year of customer-facing work experience from any industry for foreign applicants, or at least 1 year of BPO experience as a Spanish speaker for local applicants
- Proficient English communication skills
- Amenable to work 100% onsite at BGC, Taguig
- Open to working predominantly on night shift with highly possibility for shifting schedules, split-offs and holiday or weekend shifts as needed
Nice to Have
- Customer Service experience is a huge advantage but not required
- Ideal candidates are those living nearby for easy and convenient commuting
