Univar Solutions is hiring a Customer Service Specialist to manage order processing from start to finish and serve as a single point of contact for our customers. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will ensure a consistent customer experience through coordination and problem resolution.
What You'll Do
- Receive and process customer orders
- Develop solutions to customer needs and opportunities
- Build and sustain long-term customer partnerships
- Display effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Collaborate effectively with team members
- Resolve problems and non-conformances quickly
- Perform other duties as required
What We're Looking For
- A University degree or College diploma with specialized training in a related field (i.e., chemistry, sales, or customer service) with two (2) years of customer service experience
- Strong organizational aptitude, detail orientation, and excellent time management skills
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask
- A team player who is customer-oriented and self-motivated with a proven ability to interface confidently with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong computer skills using the Microsoft Office suite including Outlook, Excel, and Word
