Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, assured, and attentive service that supports a superior fresh grocery experience.
- Greet and guide customers using established service practices, while demonstrating product knowledge and genuine interest.
- Prepare, place, and rotate items on counters and shelves, maintaining visual appeal and correct labeling.
- Keep workspaces and storage zones tidy, sanitary, and orderly through routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and dusting.
- Adhere to company guidelines with emphasis on workplace safety, food handling standards, and correct operation of tools and equipment.
- Carry out assigned opening and closing tasks and assist coworkers when necessary.
- Assist the team with occasional additional assignments as required.
