Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, confident, and attentive service that enhances the fresh shopping experience.
- Greet and assist customers according to established service standards, sharing product knowledge and enthusiasm.
- Prepare, display, and rotate products on counters and shelves while maintaining accurate labeling and presentation.
- Keep workspaces, storage areas, and equipment clean and organized through routine cleaning tasks.
- Adhere to company policies with emphasis on health and safety, food safety, and correct equipment handling.
- Carry out opening and closing procedures as assigned and assist colleagues when necessary.
- Perform additional tasks as needed to support team operations.
