Responsibilities
- Provide welcoming, assured, and personable service that supports a premium fresh shopping environment.
- Greet and guide customers using established service practices, while sharing genuine interest and expertise about available items.
- Prepare, place, and rotate products on counters and shelves, maintaining visual appeal and correct labeling.
- Keep workspaces and storage zones tidy, sanitary, and orderly through routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and dusting.
- Adhere to company guidelines with emphasis on health and safety, food safety protocols, and correct operation of tools and machinery.
- Carry out assigned opening and closing tasks and assist colleagues as required.
- Assist the team with occasional additional assignments as needed.
