Fintua, part of CluneTech, is hiring a Customer Service Representative to support the Sprintax product. This is a temporary 5-month contract where you will provide service to international clients, gaining experience in a multinational business environment.
What You'll Do
- Take care of customer enquiries via chat and email.
- Assess individual problems and offer the best possible solution to ensure customer needs are met.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
