Construction & Property Group – UK is hiring a remote Customer Service Representative based in South Africa. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and working to improve their overall experience with our brand.
What You'll Do
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat promptly and professionally.
- Assist customers with account management, order status, and product inquiries.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints and issues effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Promote products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer engagement.
