Here are some of the other ways you’ll help us stand out: - Deliver warm, confident, and engaging customer service that reflects Farm Boy’s commitment to the best fresh shopping experience. - Welcome, greet, and assist customers using Farm Boy Service Standards while sharing your knowledge and enthusiasm for our products. - Package, stock, and rotate merchandise on display counters and shelves, ensuring high-quality presentation and accurate signage. - Maintain clean, safe, and organized work and storage areas through general housekeeping duties, including sweeping, mopping, and dusting. - Follow all corporate policies and procedures, with a strong focus on Health & Safety, Food Safety, and proper equipment use. - Complete designated opening and closing procedures and support fellow Team Members as needed. - Support the team with additional duties on a periodic basis.
