What You'll Do
Coordinate daily schedules for healthcare professionals, ensuring the right caregiver is matched to each client’s needs. Handle hiring processes for new caregivers, from screening to onboarding, while maintaining consistent communication with field staff to build trust and engagement. Serve as a key point of contact for US-based team members, fostering collaboration across time zones.
Manage client shift assignments with precision, using a digital service platform to uphold operational standards. Respond to incoming calls with professionalism, delivering clear and empathetic customer support. Generate regular staffing reports and assist with payroll processing, while also providing HR-related guidance to field personnel.
Requirements
- Minimum of three years in a customer-facing service role
- Fluent English communication, both verbal and written, with a clear and professional phone voice
- Advanced proficiency with document and spreadsheet software, plus web-based applications
- Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently
- Proven self-direction and excellent time management
- Experience supporting customers in the US or UK markets
- Reliable home office setup with noise-free environment and HD-quality video capability
- Availability for night shifts from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM IST, Monday through Friday
- Demonstrated professionalism, dependability, and ethical work conduct
