MCI is hiring a Customer Service Representative (Nights)

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls with courtesy, understanding, and promptness
  • Diagnose and address customer concerns with an emphasis on resolving issues during the first interaction
  • Use internal databases to find information and coordinate with colleagues when necessary
  • Record and manage customer claims and communications accurately
  • Adhere to established guidelines, scripts, and procedures while utilizing training tools to deliver correct responses
  • Maintain confidentiality when dealing with private or sensitive data
  • Refer complicated cases to the appropriate personnel or supervisory staff
  • Participate in continuous learning sessions to stay informed about products and processes
  • Comply with attendance standards and fulfill all night shift scheduling obligations
