Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls with courtesy, understanding, and promptness
- Diagnose and address customer concerns with an emphasis on resolving issues during the first interaction

- Record and manage customer claims and communications accurately
- Adhere to established guidelines, scripts, and procedures while utilizing training tools to deliver correct responses
- Maintain confidentiality when dealing with private or sensitive data
- Refer complicated cases to the appropriate personnel or supervisory staff
- Participate in continuous learning sessions to stay informed about products and processes
- Comply with attendance standards and fulfill all night shift scheduling obligations
