Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls
- Address and resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally
- Foster long-term customer relationships through consistent and engaging communication
- Deliver high levels of service in every customer interaction
- Maintain accurate records of customer communications, account updates, and document filings
- Adhere to established communication protocols, policies, and procedures
- Go beyond standard service expectations to enhance customer engagement
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Compensation
Entry Level (1-3 years): Up to $760 monthly; Intermediate Level (3-5 years): Up to $820 monthly; Expert Level (5+ years): Up to $980 monthly
