Act as the primary contact for HR-related inquiries, delivering accurate guidance on policies, benefits, and procedural guidelines. You'll manage system transactions, support administrative processes, and ensure requests are resolved promptly and correctly.
What You'll Do
- Respond to customer inquiries by phone, providing clear and helpful support
- Investigate and resolve issues, documenting each step and escalating when necessary
- Keep stakeholders informed about the status of high-priority cases
- Maintain consistent communication for all customer-related updates and system changes
- Support HR operations through accurate data handling and process execution
Requirements
- Fluent native-level English, both spoken and written
- Proven ability to deliver strong customer service over the phone
- Demonstrated skill in following processes and identifying solutions through logical analysis
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with HR information systems and digital transaction platforms
Work Environment
