Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, assured, and personable service that supports a premium fresh food shopping environment.
- Greet and guide customers according to established service standards, sharing product knowledge and genuine interest.
- Prepare, arrange, and rotate items on counters and shelves, maintaining visual appeal and correct labeling.
- Keep workspaces and storage zones clean, orderly, and hazard-free through routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping and mopping.
- Adhere to company guidelines with emphasis on workplace safety, food handling protocols, and correct operation of tools and machinery.
- Carry out assigned opening and closing tasks and assist colleagues as required.
- Assist the team with occasional additional assignments as needed.
