VIPdesk Connect is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this remote role, you will handle both inbound and outbound customer calls, providing service and support. You'll represent our company in interactions with customers across the United States.
What You'll Do
- Handle inbound customer service calls, addressing inquiries and resolving issues
- Make outbound calls for follow-ups, surveys, or proactive customer support
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records
- Provide a professional and positive customer experience in every interaction

Work Mode
