Serbyte IT is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager – Paid Social (gn) to lead the strategic and operational management of our paid social campaigns. You will be part of The Quality Group (TQG), which unites the brands ESN and More Nutrition, and will play a key role in driving sustainable growth for MORE Nutrition through data-driven marketing.

What You'll Do

• Strategically and operationally manage our paid social campaigns (Meta, TikTok, etc.), optimizing them for performance and growth.
• Develop data-driven campaign strategies to acquire new customers and increase Customer Lifetime Value.
• Continuously test creatives, placements, target audiences, and bidding strategies to use budgets efficiently.
• Analyze campaign performance based on relevant KPIs (ROAS, CAC, CTR, Conversion Rate) and derive concrete optimizations.
• Work closely with our Creative Team to develop high-performing ads and validate new hypotheses.
• Identify new paid social trends, platforms, and features early and implement them.

What We're Looking For

• 2–4 years of experience in performance marketing with a focus on paid social (Instagram, Meta, TikTok, or comparable platforms).
• Proven experience successfully managing and scaling significant budgets.
• Solid knowledge of tracking, attribution, and common ad-tech tools (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Business Manager, Google Analytics, MMPs).
• Strong data analysis skills, making KPI-based decisions and translating numbers into clear recommendations for action.
• Good sense for creative testing and understanding of which advertising materials are crucial for performance.
• Familiarity with A/B testing methods and conversion optimization.
• Structured, proactive way of working with a 'Growth Mindset' mentality.
• Fluent in German and English.
