At ACLU, we are hiring a strategic ERP & HCM Transformation Consulting Manager. This is a consulting role focused on guiding clients through enterprise transformation, not implementation. You will lead engagements across business process assessment, technology strategy, and organizational readiness to help align technology investments with mission outcomes.
What You'll Do
- Lead strategic engagements delivering high-impact strategy projects across enterprise transformation, IT modernization, and organizational design.
- Guide ERP readiness and advisory by conducting assessments, developing roadmaps, and advising clients on ERP-related decisions.
- Shape client strategy by collaborating with executives to define vision, evaluate options, and align technology investments with mission outcomes.
- Facilitate stakeholder alignment by leading workshops, interviews, and executive briefings to surface priorities and build consensus.
- Collaborate across practices with delivery teams in ERP implementation, modernization, and analytics to ensure strategic coherence.
- Contribute to practice growth by supporting methodology development, thought leadership, and internal capability building.
What We're Looking For
- 5-8 years of experience in management or technology consulting.
- Material client project experience in HCM business process analysis and ERP transformation (e.g., current state assessment, software selection, implementation).
- Previous employment as a management or technology consultant at a recognized professional services organization.
- Strong foundational knowledge of HCM business processes, common challenges, and best practices.
- Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear recommendations.
- Ability to lead client engagements independently and collaboratively.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of and material client project experience with Workday or Oracle HCM strongly preferred.
- ERP certification in Workday or Oracle HCM is preferred.
- Human resources professional certification (e.g. PHR) is preferred.
- Experience working with mission-driven sectors such as higher education, nonprofit, and state and local is preferred.
- Experience supporting business development efforts such as proposal writing and sourcing new business for existing clients is preferred.

- Salary range: $150,000 - $175,000.
