Responsibilities
- Offer welcoming and confident service that enhances the shopping experience with a focus on freshness and quality.
- Greet customers promptly and assist them using established service standards, sharing product knowledge with enthusiasm.
- Prepare, organize, and rotate products on counters and shelves to maintain visual appeal and ensure freshness.
- Keep sales and storage areas tidy and hazard-free through routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and dusting.
- Adhere to company guidelines, emphasizing health and safety, food handling standards, and correct use of equipment.
- Carry out assigned opening and closing tasks and provide backup to teammates when necessary.
- Assist the team with various assigned duties on an as-needed basis.
