Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls and emails from customers
- Provide information and assistance regarding products and services
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved
- Document all customer interactions
- Maintain customer records
- Identify and escalate issues to appropriate departments
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
- Assist in training new customer service representatives
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and goals
- Collaborate with other departments to improve customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with product and service knowledge
- Provide excellent customer service to a diverse customer base
- Handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Communicate clearly and effectively in both English and Spanish
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
- Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers
