Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, assured, and personable service that supports a premium fresh shopping environment.
- Greet and guide customers using established service practices, sharing product knowledge with genuine interest.
- Prepare, organize, and rotate stock on counters and shelves, maintaining visual appeal and correct labeling.
- Keep workspaces and storage zones tidy, sanitary, and hazard-free through routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping and dusting.
- Adhere to company guidelines with emphasis on workplace safety, food handling standards, and equipment protocols.
- Carry out assigned opening and closing tasks and assist coworkers when required.
- Assist the team with occasional additional responsibilities as assigned.
