Responsibilities
- Provide welcoming and confident service that enhances the customer's fresh shopping experience.
- Greet and assist shoppers using established service standards, sharing product knowledge and genuine enthusiasm.
- Prepare, arrange, and rotate items on counters and shelves to maintain visual appeal and correct labeling.
- Keep workspaces and storage areas clean, safe, and orderly through routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping and mopping.
- Adhere to company guidelines with emphasis on health and safety, food safety protocols, and proper handling of equipment.
- Carry out assigned opening and closing tasks and assist colleagues as required.
- Assist the team with various duties on an as-needed basis.
