Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, confident, and engaging service that enhances the customer's fresh shopping experience.
- Greet and assist customers using established service standards while sharing product knowledge and enthusiasm.
- Prepare, organize, and rotate products on counters and shelves to maintain visual appeal and accurate labeling.
- Keep workspaces and storage areas clean, safe, and orderly through routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping and dusting.
- Adhere to company policies with emphasis on health and safety, food safety protocols, and correct equipment handling.
- Carry out assigned opening and closing tasks and assist teammates as required.
- Assist the team with various duties on an as-needed basis.
