Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, assured, and personable service that enhances the overall freshness and quality of the shopping experience.
- Greet and guide customers using established service guidelines, sharing product knowledge and genuine enthusiasm.
- Prepare, organize, and rotate products on counters and shelves, maintaining visual appeal and correct labeling.
- Keep workspaces and storage zones clean, orderly, and safe through routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and dusting.
- Adhere to company policies with emphasis on health and safety, food handling standards, and correct use of equipment.
- Carry out opening and closing tasks and assist coworkers as required to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Assist the team with various assigned duties on an as-needed basis.
