Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, assured, and attentive service that enhances the customer's fresh shopping experience.
- Greet and guide customers using established service standards, sharing product knowledge and genuine enthusiasm.
- Prepare, organize, and rotate products on counters and shelves to maintain visual appeal and accurate labeling.
- Keep workspaces and storage areas clean, safe, and orderly through routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and dusting.
- Adhere to company guidelines with emphasis on Health & Safety, Food Safety, and correct equipment operation.
- Carry out assigned opening and closing tasks and assist colleagues when necessary.
- Assist the team with various duties on an as-needed basis.
