What you will do -
Deliver telephone assistance for sales and healthcare professional inquiries
Communicate, interact, and respond with timeliness, precision, courtesy, and composure to foster positive professional relationships
Execute all tasks aligned with established operational guidelines and procedural standards
Offer constructive insights and recommendations to enhance service quality, internal workflows, and customer support strategies
Consistently exhibit a proactive, collaborative, and solution-oriented approach in the workplace environment
Extend support beyond standard working hours when call volumes or workload necessitate additional involvement
Assist Sales Department by addressing queries received via telephone, electronic mail, and facsimile. Conduct comprehensive research to formulate comprehensive responses
Additional responsibilities may encompass: Documenting customer interactions and transactions, logging inquiry details, complaints, and comments, tracking actions undertaken, determining service charges, collaborating with Corporate Accounts Receivable for payment collection, managing billing arrangements, generating product/service reports through customer information analysis, coordinating back order sequencing based on inventory availability, maintaining customer pricing within ERP systems, entering contractual agreements, implementing quality initiatives, managing inventory record accuracy, tracking inventory shelf life and expiration dates, supporting branch cycle counting processes
What you need -
Required -
2+ years of professional experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Capability to accommodate flexible scheduling, including weekends, evenings, and occasional holidays
Preferred -
Bachelor's degree
SAP and GHX proficiency
$20.08 - $25.28 per hour plus bonus eligible + benefits. Individual compensation determined by skills, experience, and relevant qualifications
