Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, confident, and attentive service that supports a premium fresh shopping environment
- Greet and assist shoppers according to established service standards, sharing product knowledge and genuine enthusiasm
- Prepare, organize, and rotate items on counters and shelves, maintaining visual appeal and correct labeling
- Keep workspaces and storage zones clean, safe, and orderly through routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping and mopping
- Adhere to company guidelines with emphasis on health and safety, food safety protocols, and correct equipment handling
- Perform opening and closing tasks and provide support to team members as required
- Assist with additional responsibilities on an as-needed basis
