Responsibilities
- Welcome customers with a friendly attitude during in-person and phone interactions.
- Correctly input order details into the system and manage payment processing.
- Suggest menu items and current promotions to improve the customer experience.
- Address and resolve customer concerns in a prompt and courteous manner.
- Support food assembly, including preparing pizzas and other offerings as required.
- Keep work areas, customer spaces, and restrooms clean and organized.
- Follow established health and safety protocols at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve service targets.
- Help manage stock levels and assist with inventory tasks.
