The Customer Service & Logistics Trainee will support customer service and supply chain operations within GSK's Türkiye team, gaining hands-on experience in logistics coordination, inventory management, and cross-functional collaboration. This trainee role offers structured learning, coaching, and clear development paths to build a long-term career in a science-driven, patient-focused environment.
What You'll Do
- Support daily operational requirements.
- Assist with coordination of inbound and outbound logistics to meet timelines and quality standards.
- Help maintain accurate inventory and shipment records in our systems.
- Prepare simple reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.
- Work with cross-functional teams to resolve routine supply issues and improve processes.
- Participate in training and development activities, applying feedback to improve performance.
What We're Looking For
- University students of 3rd or 4th grade, in business, supply chain, logistics, engineering, life sciences or a related field.
- Proficient Turkish and professional working English.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Legal right to work in Türkiye.
Nice to Have
- Internship or practical experience in customer service, logistics, warehouse or supply chain roles.
- Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems.
- Basic knowledge of good manufacturing and storage practices.
- Experience supporting cross-functional teams or project work.
- Training on manual handling or forklift operation.
- Interest in building a career in pharmaceutical, healthcare or related sectors.
