In this customer-facing role, you will engage with customers to explain account details, resolve billing-related queries, and deliver a positive service experience.
What You'll Do
- Handle inbound and outbound calls and emails from customers regarding billing-related questions.
- Clearly explain account balances, charges, and billing processes in a friendly and professional manner.
- Identify and resolve billing-related issues by working with internal teams and systems.
- Maintain a positive, energetic, and customer-focused communication style at all times.
- Accurately document customer interactions, updates, and resolutions in internal systems.
- Follow up on outstanding billing queries to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Build rapport with customers and provide a high-quality service experience.
What We're Looking For
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Proven experience in customer service, call centre support, patient support, or client-facing roles.
- High energy, confident phone presence, and the ability to engage with customers professionally and empathetically.
- Strong listening skills and the ability to explain information clearly and simply.
- Comfortable working with multiple systems and learning new tools.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Outlook) or Google Workspace tools.
- Ability to multitask, follow structured processes, and maintain accurate documentation.
Nice to Have
- Experience in healthcare, dental, or billing environments is advantageous.
Work Mode
This is a remote position requiring availability during Eastern Standard Time hours.
