As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for the customer, responding to the various incoming requests about pharmaceutical products, solving the emerging issues via telephone, mail, chat.

Main requirement: Medical background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in medical studies: pharmacy, biotechnology, etc.
Degree in Pharmacy/Chemistry/ Biology/ Biotechnology/Science or similar field of studies.
Fluency in Spanish + Portuguese and English.
Effective organization and time management skills are essential.
