You will help customers safeguard their household electrical items through insurance cover protection options, explaining features and benefits while ensuring the best outcome in every remote interaction.
What You'll Do
- Conduct outbound sales calls to customers from a virtual contact center.
- Explain the features and benefits of insurance protection plans for household electrical items.
- Address customer questions and concerns during sales interactions.
- Focus on achieving the best outcome for the customer in each interaction.
- Work autonomously from home as part of a remote team.
