About the Role

Celestica is hiring a Customer Program Management Specialist to apply in-depth knowledge and considerable judgment to ensure customer satisfaction and program success. You will work on problems of moderate scope with minimum supervision.

What You'll Do

  • Work as a team member responsible for day-to-day customer account activities to ensure on-time product deliveries and project schedules.
  • Manage customer account profitability through forecasting, planning, and monitoring efficiency and strategy execution.
  • Participate in pricing and bid preparation, and develop and manage contract terms.
  • Manage and monitor customer satisfaction both formally and day-to-day.
  • Communicate frequently with customers to help ensure satisfaction.
  • Coordinate and host regular or as-needed program tracking meetings with the customer and internal account team.
  • Receive and resolve customer issues and complaints.
  • Provide performance reporting and analysis for monthly Operations Reviews and quarterly Customer Performance Reviews.
  • Work with cost engineering, finance, and SCM staff to coordinate efforts analyzing costs and price variances.

What We're Looking For

  • Three to six years of relevant experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of the manufacturing process, schedules, scheduling requirements, and SCM.
  • In-depth knowledge of the business issues associated with manufacturing PCBs.
  • In-depth knowledge of product pricing, contracts, and contract negotiations.
  • Thorough understanding of business risks and price make up (Value add and Materials).
  • Excellent customer contact, negotiation, and problem resolution skills.
  • Good presentation, database management, and computer skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple, detailed projects to a successful end while working under tight time deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate with a wide variety of internal and external customers.
  • Ability to effectively lead and motivate a diverse group of employees to achieve high production within tight time deadlines.

Team & Environment

You may lead a work group or project team consisting of technical and support staff.

This is an onsite position located in Kulim, Kedah, Malaysia.
