Responsibilities
- Guide and mentor customer experience representatives in delivering outstanding service and promoting products, offers, and programs effectively.

- Support the rollout and adoption of new digital tools through preparation, instruction, coaching, and performance input.
- Promote and adopt innovative technologies that enhance both high-tech and personalized customer interactions.
- Assist in delivering engaging customer experiences through events, marketing efforts, and community outreach, including author visits, children's programs, and charitable campaigns.
- Manage inventory procedures and returns to maintain seamless and profitable cross-channel service.
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing duties and sales floor supervision.
- Participate in health and safety governance and uphold safe conditions for staff and shoppers.
- Contribute to team strength by supporting recruitment, onboarding, and skill development across roles.
- Aid in talent growth by sharing performance insights with leadership.
- Work across functions to develop adaptive, real-time solutions.
- Exchange technical expertise and actively learn from more experienced colleagues.
