Responsibilities
- Guide customer experience representatives in delivering exceptional service and promoting products, offers, and loyalty programs
- Drive implementation of initiatives aligned with strategic goals, revenue targets, and profit objectives
- Advocate for the customer by prioritizing their needs in every operational and service decision
- Anticipate and respond to evolving customer expectations and requirements
- Continuously assess operations to detect inefficiencies, diagnose root causes, and implement solutions
- Support and promote technological tools that enhance both digital and in-person customer interactions
- Oversee inventory procedures and manage returns to maintain seamless omnichannel service and profitability
- Lead omnichannel sales initiatives and ensure sales floor technology is used effectively to improve efficiency and customer choice
- Facilitate readiness, training, and support during new technology and digital platform rollouts
- Manage store opening and closing procedures and supervise daily sales floor operations
- Engage in health and safety committees and uphold safety standards for staff and visitors
- Contribute to team development through involvement in recruitment, onboarding, and skill diversification
- Assist in talent growth by sharing performance insights with management
- Partner with peers to develop adaptive, real-time problem-solving approaches
- Exchange technical expertise and actively pursue learning from more experienced colleagues
- Help team members understand how their work impacts broader goals and seek input across departments
