Responsibilities
- Promote a culture prioritizing safety, inclusivity, and transparent communication
- Welcome riders with friendliness and professionalism to enhance their experience
- Verify rider identity using digital badge scanning technology
- Manage the dispatch and routing of self-driving vehicles between destinations
- Collaborate with operations teams via Slack and in-vehicle communication tools
- Support orderly movement of passengers through light crowd management
- Deliver clear and prompt updates regarding service changes or delays
- Assist riders during emergencies or unexpected service disruptions
- Adhere precisely to established operational guidelines and safety procedures

- Capable of prolonged standing and walking in outdoor environments
- Physically able to lift and transport moderately heavy items
- Willingness to work assigned shifts and adapt to various operational sites
- Must be available for morning shifts from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM or afternoon shifts from 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM / 12:00 PM to 8:30 PM
- Initial schedule will follow a Monday through Friday pattern
- Future availability for weekend shifts required based on operational demands in Foster City
