Toast is hiring a Customer Onboarding Systems Analyst

About the Role

At Toast, we're looking for a Customer Onboarding Systems Analyst to own and optimize the technology stack for our Onboarding Consultants. You'll empower our Horizon 3 Onboarding Teams to effectively serve new and complex customers across International Markets, Retail, and major Enterprise Brands. Your work will be central to tool administration, user experience, translating business requirements into technical solutions, process improvement, and ensuring data integrity.

What You'll Do

  • Administer third-party Salesforce applications that enable onboarding workflows, such as TaskRay and Field Service Lightning.
  • Research tools used across the business to identify opportunities for consolidation, improved collaboration, and cost reduction.
  • Work with cross-functional business stakeholders to understand their operational goals and requirements.
  • Translate business requirements into complete technical specifications and collaborate with Salesforce product owners to develop solutions.
  • Identify and implement best practices to gather, document, streamline, and improve business processes for the onboarding department.
  • Complete team tasks, produce deliverables, track and resolve issues, and meet project milestones.
  • Assist Onboarding stakeholders in identifying process bottlenecks and inconsistencies.
  • Support the development and implementation of new processes and procedures for efficient team operations.
  • Help develop high-quality data for dashboard reporting to manage new KPIs and metrics.
  • Work closely with data analysts to help them understand functional data and design data capture mechanisms.

What We're Looking For

  • 2-4 years of experience within the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Experience administering third-party large-scale applications and/or managing projects.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and verbal/written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in improving processes to drive efficiency.
  • Experience in managing projects from conception to delivery.
  • Strong working knowledge of the overlap between operational execution and systems.
  • Work experience in an Agile/SCRUM environment.

Nice to Have

  • Prior experience managing Salesforce Field Service Lightning, TaskRay, LeanData, Wootric, and Qualtrics.
  • Prior experience supporting Restaurants, Enterprise, International, or Retail Customers; knowledge of complex Brand structures is a plus.

Benefits & Compensation

  • Compensation Range: $72,000—$115,000 USD
