- Manage onboarding for new customers by adhering to defined standard operating procedures
- Deliver technical assistance for GoHighLevel, such as connecting Zoom accounts
- Help resolve issues related to phone number verification
- Support clients with Facebook Ads setup and management tasks
- Guide clients through configuring Facebook Business Manager
- Create and maintain advertising accounts
- Respond to fundamental questions about ad platforms
